It originated in the manufacturing sector but has since been adopted in various industries, including education. In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of quality in education. The education sector has started to embrace the principles of TQM to enhance the overall educational experience for students, improve teaching methodologies, and streamline administrative processes.
